John is a Certified Adobe Dreamweaver Developer. He started as a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer for Dreamweaver 4, which was then from Macromedia, and later on became a Senior Engineer handling escalations for the latest versions of Adobe Dreamweaver and Contribute.
Right now, he is a Level 2 Support for an e-learning company in the US working from the comforts of his home.
Aside from teaching and troubleshooting software issues, John loves to travel and take photographs of scenic places. He aspires to be a travel photographer and contribute to local travel mags someday.
