Mark is Vice President and Marketing Director of PCCI. A Mac user since 1988, he is an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.7 and an Apple Certified Associate - iWork. He also manages PCCI’s Mac labs and maintains the company’s website. Aside from teaching at PCCI, Mark occasionally speaks at various events, where, among other things, he explains and demonstrates the advantages of the Mac. In what he refers to as his “former life”, Mark was a sociologist, having earned a Masters degree from Monash University, Australia.
