Ray, an Adobe Certified Expert in InDesign CS3 and Lightroom, is a Technical Support Engineer for Adobe Customer Support Center (Asia-Pacific) where he serves as the point person for all technical issues related to InDesign. Aside from InDesign, he is proficient in a number of Adobe applications, including Acrobat, Audition, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, and Photoshop Album. Ray was previously the assistant supervisor for operations of Integrated Printing Press.
