Cats graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Behavioral Sciences. Her first job in the BPO industry played an important role in building her experience and expertise in the world of Training and Graphic Design. She served as Level 2 Technical Support Engineer for Adobe Customer Support Center serving the entire Asia-Pacific region for five years. Cats has become proficient in various Adobe programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and recently Adobe Captivate to develop elearning modules. She is Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Illustrator CS5.
She has joined PCCI in 2004 as part of the faculty, since then she has been balancing her full time job in the BPO industry as a Training Lead for new hires and continuing education as well as her passion in graphic design.
Cats is currently a Training Manager for an Offshore Mortgage Servicing company whose responsibilities include for overseeing the company's needs such as program development, instructional design and training needs analysis. In all her 17 years in the BPO industry, she has been tapped not only for her expertise in training, but also for her creativity, an active member of Employee Engagement teams in the companies that she has worked with and has lent her skills in designing company branded items, campaign materials as well as creating corporate videos.
She is also a freelance designer who has been tapped for a variety of projects from designing obituary borders, restaurant menus, event giveaways, small business logos to cheerleading merchandise. She's very hands on with her homebased print and services business, which caters to family clientele for events and small business requirements.
